FEDERAL RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE (FRCP)
On December 1, 2006 new rules for the discovery and handling of electronic records in Federal courts went into effect. The amendments mandate the companies to be prepared for electronic discovery by their ability to access, search and retrieve electronic records in the event of litigation.

HIPAA (HEALTH INSURANCE PORTABILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT)

Eurasia Translations, Inc. helps our clients to comply with The Sarbanes-Oxley Act, commonly called SOX.
