Please note that sometimes admissions review committee may require to verify the accuracy and authenticity of all applicants' prior academic records. This verification is a separate requirement to determine that you have met mandatory prerequisites. It is your sole responsibility to take all the necessary steps in order to prove that you met the eligibility requirements. You might also be required to provide evaluation of your academic credentials. There are many companies who provide these services.

FEDERAL RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE (FRCP)
On December 1, 2006 new rules for the discovery and handling of electronic records in Federal courts went into effect. The amendments mandate the companies to be prepared for electronic discovery by their ability to access, search and retrieve electronic records in the event of litigation.

HIPAA (HEALTH INSURANCE PORTABILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT)
