Our translation rates include: services by native speaker, professional linguists, with expertise in the subject matter; simple formatting (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint); file management and back-up; final in-house proofreading; a Notarized Certificate of Accuracy, delivery by email, secure FTP, regular mail.
The minimum charge for translation is $100.

Our interpretation rates include: services by professional, certified bi-lingual interpreters, with expertise in the subject matter.
The minimum charge for interpretation is the half day rate per language pair (three hours). The full day rate covers six hours.

FEDERAL RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE (FRCP)
On December 1, 2006 new rules for the discovery and handling of electronic records in Federal courts went into effect. The amendments mandate the companies to be prepared for electronic discovery by their ability to access, search and retrieve electronic records in the event of litigation.

HIPAA (HEALTH INSURANCE PORTABILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT)
All of our contractors and employees are required to sign confidentiality agreements in order to comply with the HIPAA guidelines.

SARBANES-OXLEY ACT
Eurasia Translations, Inc. helps our clients to comply with The Sarbanes-Oxley Act, commonly called SOX. The Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (often shortened to SOX) is legislation enacted in response to the high-profile Enron and WorldCom financial scandals to protect shareholders and the general public from accounting errors and fraudulent practices in the enterprise. The Sarbanes-Oxley Act states that all business records, including electronic records and electronic messages, must be saved for "not less than five years."
